PUMP GP-FUEL PRIMING 8N9853 - Caterpillar

1. Remove lift kickout magnet assembly (1).2. Remove connector (3) from the clip. Separate the connector.3. Remove lift kickout switch assembly (2). 4. Remove the bolts that hold cover (4) and bucket positioner switch assembly (5) to tube assembly (6). 5. Separate connector (7), and remove cover (4) and bucket position switch assembly (5).6. Remove the two bolts and block that hold bucket positioner switch (5) to cover (4). 7. Disconnect clips (8) that hold the wiring harness.8. From beneath bracket (9) at the tilt cylinder, remove the bolts that hold bracket (9) and tube assembly (6). 9. Loosen the two setscrews that hold the position of magnet (10). Remove the magnet from the threaded puller hole in the tilt cylinder rod end pin.10. Inspect all parts. Replace worn or damaged parts.11. For installation of the positioner kickout group, install all parts in the reverse order of removal.12.
