Information:

Start By:a. remove seat assembly and seat supportb. remove headliner assembly In the following procedure, the steering charging pump and the differential lube pump are removed as a unit. The pumps are then separated.
Sudden movement of the machine or release of oil under pressure can cause injury to persons on or near the machine. To prevent possible personal injury, do the following procedure prior to servicing the machine.
1. Release the pressure in the hydraulic system as follows:a. Move the machine to a smooth horizontal location. Move away from working machines and personnel, and lower the hitch and/or implements to the ground.b. Permit only one operator on the machine. Keep all personnel either away from the machine or in view of the operator.c. Engage the parking brake.d. Stop the engine.e. Move the hydraulic control levers to all positions to release the pressure in the implement hydraulic system.f. Carefully loosen the filler cap on the hydraulic oil tank to release the pressure in the tank.g. Be sure all hydraulic pressure is released before any fittings, hose or component is loosened, tightened, removed or adjusted.h. Tighten the filler cap on the hydraulic tank. The pressure in the system has now been released, and lines or components can be serviced.
View Through Opening In Cab Floor2. Disconnect and cap two hoses (1) from the differential lube pump.3. Disconnect and cap two hoses (2) from the steering charge pump.
View Through Opening In Cab Floor4. Disconnect one hose (3) from the steering pump to provide necessary clearance for the removal and installation of the steering charge pump. 5. Fasten tool (A) to the ROPS structure inside the cab as shown. Fasten tool (B) to tool (A) with a lifting sling as shown. Fasten a second lifting sling to tool (B) and the steering charging pump.
View Through Opening In Cab Floor6. Put slight lifting tension on the steering charging pump with tool (B). Remove four nuts (4) and the washers that hold the steering charging pump and the differential lube pump
