PRODUCT SUPPORT PROGRAM FOR FAILURE OF NON-SERVICED IDLERS ON CERTAIN CHALLENGER 65 TRACTORS, 4159, PS0333 U-145 This Program can only be administered after a failure occurs. The decision whether to apply the Program is made by the dealer. When reporting the repair, use "PS0333" as Part Number and "7755" as Group Number. Termination Date

Problem
The 1R640 Idlers that were used on certain Challenger 65 Tractors are not serviced.

Parts Needed
3 - 1R823 Idler
Action Required
If there is a failure of a 1R640 Idler, all four idlers must be replaced. Normal warranty practices apply to the failed idler. Caterpillar will contribute towards the other three new idlers as shown below, regardless of why the first idler failed.
