1. Use tooling (A) to lift the front of the truck until most of the weight is removed from the wheels.2. Loosen the nuts that hold the tire and rim to the wheel. 3. Lift the front of the truck to a height of approximately 43 inches (109.2 cm) with tooling (A). Install tooling (B) in tooling (A) to hold the front of the truck in position.4. Remove nuts and washers from the tire and arm except for two (180° apart). 5. Put a lift truck in position under the tire and rim as shown. Use tool (C) to fasten the tire and rim to the mast of the lift truck.6. Remove the remainder of the nuts and washers from the tire and rim. Remove the tire and rim from the truck with the lift truck. The weight of the tire and rim (1) is 1825 lb. (826 kg).Install Front Tire And Rim
1. Put the tire and rim (1) in position on a lift truck. Use tool (C) to fasten the tire and rim to the mast of the lift truck. 2. Use the lift truck to put the tire and rim in position on the wheel. Put 2P2506 Anti-Seize Compound on the faces of the washers and bolt threads. Install the washers and nuts (2) on the bolts.3. Remove tooling (B) from tooling (A).4. Use tooling (A) to lower the truck to the floor.5. Tighten nuts (2) to a torque of 890 40 lb.ft. (1205 55 N m).
