Side (1) of the door seal faces toward the center of the door.
Side (2) of the door seal is attached to the inside of the door frame.
Side (3) of the door seal faces toward the outer edge of the door.

Cut both sides of joint (4) to a 45° angle.
Seal joint (4) with 185-3986 RTV silicone sealant .
Cut both sides of joint (5) to a 45° angle.
Seal joint (5) with 185-3986 RTV silicone sealant .
In order for the door seal to vent, make a 3 mm (0.12 inch) hole at locations (6) on side (3) of the door seal 300 mm (11.81 inch) away from each other.The new door seal is effective with the following machines:
