Attach a suitable lifting device to stabilizer assembly (1) and position stabilizer assembly (1) into pad assembly (13). The weight of stabilizer assembly (1) is approximately 125 kg (275 lb). Install pin (14). Use Tooling (A) in order to install retaining ring (12) .

Use Tooling (B) in order to install bearings (11). Use Tooling (C) (not shown) in order to install seals (10). Repeat for the remaining seals and bearings.Note: Install bearings (11) so that bearings (11) are flush against the lip that is inside the bore.

Attach a suitable lifting device to stabilizer assembly (1) and position stabilizer assembly (1). Install pin assembly (9) and bolt (8) .

Attach a suitable lifting device to stabilizing cylinder (6) and remove stabilizing cylinder (6) from the suitable blocking. Position stabilizing cylinder (6). The weight of stabilizing cylinder (6) is approximately 91 kg (200 lb). Install pin (7). Use Tooling (A) in order to install retaining ring (5) .

Install all mounting hardware to hose assemblies (2) and (3) and harness assembly (4) .
Repeat Step 1 through Step 5 for the opposite side.
