Remove two existing bolts (a) and two existing washers (b) located at the lower right-hand corner cab side window retainer. Refer to Illustration 2.
Chamfer the two bolt holes in the cab side window retainer. Chamfering the holes will allow the screw heads of the two new 171-9455 Screws to install flush with the outside surface of the window retainer.
Install two new 171-9455 Screws. Tighten the screws to a torque of 28 7 N m (248 62 lb in).
