Clamp assemblies MUST only be used once. Discard all clamp assemblies after use.Bellows assemblies MUST only be used once. Discard all bellows assemblies after use.
Drain the coolant from the cooling system into a suitable container for storage or for disposal. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Cooling System Coolant - Change".

Loosen bolts (2) and remove tube assembly (1).
Remove hose assembly (3) and disconnect hose assembly (4).

Remove covers (7).
Remove 11 bolts (5) and shield (6).

Remove ten bolts (8), bracket (12), and bracket (11).

Remove bolts (81) and use two people to remove air inlet cover (82) and the gasket. Air inlet cover (82) weighs approximately 33 kg (73 lb).

Attach Tooling (A) to aftercooler (83). Aftercooler (83) weighs approximately 190 kg (419 lb).
Remove bolts (84) and remove aftercooler (83) and the gasket.
