(6) Roller assembly The track rollers are fastened to the track roller frame. The track rollers are in contact with the inside surfaces of the track links. The flanges on the track rollers prevent the movement of the track from side to side. The inside surfaces of the track links cause an even distribution of the weight of the machine along the track.Thrust washers (5) on each end of the roller shaft bear the side load of the roller. Side movement of the shaft cannot be adjusted and end play of the shaft cannot be adjusted.Each System One® track roller frame consists of all single flange track rollers. The D3 has six per track roller frame and the D4 has seven per track roller frame.The track rollers have Duo-cone seal kits (2) at both ends of shaft (4).The center of roller assembly (6) is an oil reservoir. The oil is used for lubrication of the bearing surfaces.
