PARTS DISPOSITION
Handle the parts in accordance with your Warranty Bulletin on warranty parts handling.
Rework Procedure
1) Park the machine on a level surface with the cutting edge grounded.
Perform any additional required securing procedures for the job site, such as lock out - tag out.
2) To access the front of the engine, the front belly guard plate on the tractor frame will need removed, and the top hood panel will need removed. See Image1.1.1.

3) Remove the existing accessory belt from the tractor engine.
To assist with belt removal process, the belt tensioner can be pinned in a locked position to provide belt slack. The tensioner has a 1/2" square drive hole to rotate it for pinning it in place. See Image1.2.1.

4) Install the new 519-7379 Belt, routing the belt as shown. Just above the alternator there is a belt routing film for reference.

Make sure the new belt is properly routed, and is centered onto the grooves of each idler, and not offset to one side by a groove.
The engine may then be started to ensure the belt functions properly.
5) Once the installation is complete, install the belly guard plate and tractor hood panel back onto the machine.
The machine can then be placed back into service.
