Information:
The Procedure to Install a Tube and Flap in 12 ply Tires and 12 ply Tires
Follow the recommended procedure for removal and installation of tires and or wheel assemblies.Ensure that the machine and tire and or wheel assembly are properly supported at all times.Improper procedures that are used to remove and install tires and or wheel assemblies can result in personal injury or death.

Deflate the tire. Remove the retaining ring, the flange, and the tire from the rim.
Clean the rim and the inside of the tire.
Install the tube into the tire. Partially inflate the tube in order to hold the tube in place.Note: Do not overinflate the tube in order to allow movement of the valve stem for insertion through the rim.
Install the flap into the tire.

Insert a valve stem fishing tool (1) through the valve stem hole (2) in the rim.

Lay the tire at a 45° angle. Set the rim partially into the tire and connect the valve stem fishing tool to the valve stem. Note: Completely screw the valve stem fishing tool onto the valve stem in order to prevent damage to the valve stem.

Push the end of the valve stem into the tire below the tire bead.
Set the rim into the tire. Offset the hole to the side of the valve stem. The distance should be equal to the length of the valve stem.

Pull the valve stem fishing tool in order to bring the end of the valve stem into the hole. Rotate the rim toward the base of the valve stem while you pull the stem through the hole.

Install the flange and the retaining ring onto the rim.

Put the assembly into a cage and inflate the tire to the proper pressure.Note: Before you remove the tire from the cage, be sure that the retaining ring is secure.
