Use a suitable lifting device to position turbocharger (10) in the machine. The weight of turbocharger (10) is approximately 25 kg (55 lb).
Apply Tooling (A) to nuts (11). Install nuts (11). Tighten nuts (11) to a torque of 55 5 N m (41 4 lb ft).

Install tube assembly (9) .

Install tube assembly (8). Install tube assemblies (7) .

Slide hose (2) into position. Tighten clamps (6). Install clamp (3) .
Install tubes (1) and (4). Tighten clamp (5) to a torque of 9 2 N m (80 18 lb in).
Fill the cooling system. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Capacities (Refill)" for the capacity of the cooling system. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Cooling System Coolant (DEAC) - Change" or Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Cooling System Extended Life Coolant - Change" for the proper filling procedure.End By: Install the exhaust manifold covers. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Exhaust Manifold Covers - Remove and Install".
