Adaptable To: Chart A lists the new and former jacket water heater group part numbers, Kim HotStart® part numbers, and electrical power requirements for the jacket water heater groups. The new jacket water heater groups are in effect as listed in Chart B. Earlier engines can be updated by adding two full-size worm drive clamps to the hose between the water pump and the heater element assembly. The clamps should be stainless steel, with a 9/16 inch wide band. One clamp should be added to each end of the hose (one on the pump end and one on the heater end) to make a total of two clamps at each end of the hose.
