Information:
24. Remove four bolts (45) and washers, four nuts (46) and washers from bracket assembly (44). Remove the bracket assembly from the implement, steering and pilot systems hydraulic pump. Remove tube assembly (43). 25. Attach a suitable lifting strap and hoist to implement, steering and pilot systems hydraulic pump (35). Remove two bolts (47) and the washers. Remove the hydraulic pump assembly. The weight of the implement, steering and pilot systems hydraulic pump is 56 kg (123 lb). 26. Remove two bolts (48) that hold the hose brackets to the transmission. 27. Remove two bolts (50) and the washers from the right rear engine support. Remove support cap (49).28. Repeat Step 27 for the left rear engine support. 29. Remove right front engine mount bolt and nut assembly (51).30. Repeat Step 29 for the left front engine mount. Prior to the removal of the engine and torque converter from the rear frame, make sure all hose assemblies, tube assemblies and wires have been disconnected.
Typical Example31. Attach suitable lifting chains and a hoist to engine lifting eyes (52) and (53).32. Carefully remove the engine, torque converter updrive and transmission from the rear frame. The combined weight of the engine, torque converter updrive and transmission is approximately 2000 kg (4410 lb). The following steps are for the installation of the engine, torque converter updrive and transmission.33. Check the condition of the mount assemblies used at the front and rear of the engine. If any of the mount assembly components are worn or damaged, use new parts for replacement.34. Replace all of the O-ring seals used in the hose and tube assemblies. Use new parts for replacement during the engine, torque converter updrive and transmission replacement.
Typical Example35. Attach suitable lifting chains and a hoist to engine lifting eyes (52) and (53).36. Carefully install the engine, torque converter updrive and transmission in the rear frame. The combined weight of the engine, torque converter updrive and transmission is approximately 2000 kg (4410 lb). 37. Clean threads with Locquic Primer and apply Loctite 277 or similar thread lock prior to assembly. Install and tighten right front engine mount bolt and nut assembly (51) to a torque of 370 50 N m (275 35 lb ft).38. Repeat Step 37 for the left front engine mount. 39. Install support cap (49).40. Clean threads with Locquic Primer and apply Loctite 277 or similar thread lock prior to assembly. Install two bolts (50) and the washers. Tighten the bolts evenly to a torque of 270 30 N m (200 20 lb ft).41. Repeat Steps 39 and 40 for the left rear engine support. 42. Install two bolts (48) that hold the hose brackets to the transmission. Tighten the bolts to a torque of 110 10 N m (80 7 lb ft). 43. Install the O-ring seal on the implement, steering and pilot systems hydraulic pump.44. Fasten a suitable lifting strap and hoist to implement, steering and pilot systems hydraulic pump (35). Put
