Heating Controls
Fan Switch (1.) - Controls the three (low, medium and high) speeds of the blower fan. Turn the knob to the desired speed or to the OFF position. Defrost Control (2.) - Close the door on the heater, behind the seat, for maximum air flow to the defrost louvers to the right side of the windshield. Summer Operation (3.) - When the heater is not needed, close the valve in the lines from the engine to the heater to stop the flow of heated coolant to the heater core.Cab Dome Light
Cab Dome Light - Move the switch on the light to turn it ON. Move the switch in the opposite direction to turn it OFF.Lighter
Lighter - Push the knob to activate the lighter. The knob will come back out slightly, when ready to use. Push the lighter into the socket until the outer portion is even with the socket to reinsert it into the socket.Air Conditioner (If Equipped)
If the cab windows are fogged due to the formation of moisture, operate the air conditioner for a while to defog. 1. The air conditioning unit is mounted behind the rear of the seat, blowing out the cool air into the cab. 2. Cool air flow is controlled by using the cool air louvers and fan control knob. 3. Fan Indicator Light - The light lights when the fan blower motor is turned ON. 4. Fan - 3 Speed Knob (Fan) - Turn the knob to low (I), medium (II), or high (III). 5. Temperature Control Knob (TEMP) - Turn the knob clockwise to increase the cooling. Turn the knob to OFF, the cooling stops.Engine Compartment Light
1. The light is installed inside the engine hood. Unlatch and raise the engine hood. 2. Move the switch on the light to turn it ON. Move the switch in the opposite direction to turn it OFF. 3. Close and latch the engine hood.Windshield
Windshield - The upper windshield can be partially opened for defogging the windshield when working in the rain or opened completely for increased ventilation.Use the front windshield for a secondary exit. 1. To open the windshield to the defog position, release the two latches (1), one on each side of the windshield. Lift the windshield slightly and latch it in the defog position. 2. To open the windshield completely, disconnect the wiper connector and release the two latches (2). 3. When the right lock bolt handle is placed in the "AUTO-LOCK" position (as shown in the illustration) and the windshield is pushed back into the storage position, the lock bolt slides on the bracket ramp and is automatically locked. Then move the lock bolt handle into the "LOCK" position to hold the windshield at the stored position.Cab Door
Cab Door - Pull the door latch to open the door. Open the door all the way and secure it to the latch on the cab wall, for additional ventilation. Cab Door Release Lever - Pull the lever forward to unlatch the door from
