8. Tighten the 5I-8773 M16X2 Grub Screws equally onto the ring cover and maintain the equal clearance. The sequence of tightening should be diametrically opposite. Tightening order is A, B, C, and D. Keep the orientation at 10 degrees with respect to center. Refer to Image1.6.1.

9. Tighten the 5I-8773 M16X2 Grub Screw to a specified torque of 240 +/- 40 N.m in the sequence order A, B, C, and D.
10. Install the final drive onto the machine. Refer to Media Number UENR3252, Disassembly and Assembly.
11. Operate the final drive to ensure the specified clearance in the ring cover circumference.
12. Position the lock plate adjacent to the ring cover block. Refer to Images1.8.1 and 1.8.2.

13. Weld the plate onto the frame. The fillet weld size should be 8mm. Refer to Image1.9.1.

14. Operate the final drive to ensure the specified clearance in between ring cover and sprocket housing in the entire circumference.
15. Apply film coat of recommended paint to prevent the corrosion in the weld joints.
16. Install the track assembly and adjust the track tension. Refer to SEBU9008, Operation and Maintenance Manual.
