Reports indicate that there have been some issues with the 252-2335 Cable As for the governor lever. The cable assembly may stretch resulting in an internal failure of the governor lever. If a failure occurs, the engine speed can not be adjusted above low idle.Check the adjustment of the cable in order to prevent failure of the lever. Ensure that the cable is not stretched when the lever in the operator station is against the internal high idle mechanical stop. If necessary, adjust the cable at the engine. This will achieve the high idle without stretching the cable.
