Remove bolts (1) and the washers. Remove cover (2) that is located under the radiator.
At operating temperature, the engine coolant is hot and under pressure.Steam can cause personal injury.Check the coolant level only after the engine has been stopped and the filler cap is cool enough to touch with the bare hand.Remove the filler cap slowly to relieve pressure.Cooling system conditioner contains alkali. Avoid contact with skin and eyes to prevent personal injury.
Allow the coolant to cool down before you drain the radiator. Drain the engine coolant from the radiator into a suitable container for storage or disposal.Reference: Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Refill Capacities" for the capacity of the radiator.

Disconnect overflow hose (3) from the radiator.
Loosen hose clamp (4). Disconnect upper radiator hose (5) .

Remove bolts (6) and the washers. Remove upper fan guard (7) .
Remove bolts (9) and the washers. Remove lower fan guard (8) .

Remove bolts (10) and the washers from fan shroud (11) .
Reposition fan shroud (11) away from the radiator.

Loosen hose clamp (12). Disconnect bottom radiator hose (13) .

Note: Hydraulic oil will drain from the hydraulic oil cooler when the hoses are disconnected. Drain the hydraulic oil cooler into a suitable container for storage or disposal.Note: Cap all hydraulic lines and cap all hydraulic fittings that are disconnected in order to prevent oil loss. This will also keep contaminants out of the hydraulic system.
Disconnect hose (14) from the hydraulic oil cooler.

Disconnect hose (15) from the hydraulic oil cooler.

Remove bolts (16) and the washers. Remove brace (18) .
Remove bolts (17) and the washers. Remove brace (19) .

Fasten Tooling (A), lifting straps, and a hoist to radiator and hydraulic oil cooler (20) .

Remove bolts (21) and the washers from the radiator support.
Remove the radiator and hydraulic oil cooler from the machine. The weight of the radiator and hydraulic oil cooler is approximately 68 kg (150 lb).

Remove fan shroud (11) .

Remove bolts (23) and the washers. Remove radiator core (22) from the support.
