Improper assembly of parts that are spring loaded can cause bodily injury.To prevent possible injury, follow the established assembly procedure and wear protective equipment.
Install springs (28) in the brake piston. Leave an empty space between every group of four springs.

Install a new O-ring seal (23), retaining ring (24), bushing (25), and valve plate (26) in head (27).

Install head (22) on the housing for the swing motor. Install bolts (21). Tighten bolts (21) to a torque of 160 16 N m (118 12 lb ft). Install plugs (20).

Install sleeve (17), valve (16), and spring (19) in each side of the head.

Install new O-ring seals and ring (18) on each plug (15). Install plug (15) on each side of the head.

Install valve (14) and spring (13) in each side of the head. Install a new O-ring seal and ring (12) on each plug (11).

Use the following procedure to assemble the two relief valves.
Install valve spool (10), spring (9), ring (8), and inserts (7) and (6) in the body of the relief valve.
Install nut (5). Install a new O-ring seal on plug (4) and install plug (4).
Install a new O-ring seal on the body of the relief valve.

Install relief valves (3). The location of each relief valve in the head was marked prior to disassembly. Be sure to install relief valves (3) in the proper locations in the head. Tighten each relief valve (3) to a torque of 80 8 N m (59 6 lb ft).

Install tubes (2). Position the clamp and install bolt (1). End By:
