Start By:
Remove the gerotor motor. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Gerotor Motor - Remove".Note: Cleanliness is an important factor. Before the disassembly procedure, the exterior of the component should be thoroughly cleaned. This will help to prevent dirt from entering the internal mechanism.
Care must be taken to ensure that fluids are contained during performance of inspection, maintenance, testing, adjusting and repair of the product. Be prepared to collect the fluid with suitable containers before operating any compartment or disassembling any component containing fluids.After collecting all fluids in suitable containers, dispose of all fluids according to local regulations and mandates.

Place the gerotor motor in a suitable soft jawed vise so that the output shaft is pointed downward.

Make an alignment mark from the cover to the housing.

Remove bolts (1) .

Remove cover (2). Remove O-ring seal (3). Remove plate (4) .

Remove plate (5). Remove O-ring seal (6) .

Remove manifold (7). Remove O-ring seals (8) .

Remove rotor set (9) and plate (10) together.Note: Removing the rotor set and the plate together will retain the rotor set in the assembled form. This will maintain the same contact surfaces between the rotor vane and the stator.

Raise the rotor ring of rotor set (9) in order to facilitate the removal of O-ring seal (11) .

Remove link (12). Remove O-ring seal (13) .

Remove bearing (14) .

Use a suitable press and Tooling (A) in order to remove gear (15) from the output shaft.Note: Ensure that the housing is supported underneath the press.

Remove key (17) and remove output shaft (16) .
