Installation Procedure
Keep all parts clean from contaminants.Contaminants may cause rapid wear and shortened component life.
Note: Check the condition of the gaskets and the O-rings. If the gaskets or the O-rings are worn or damaged, use new parts for replacement.

Carefully clean tube bundles in transmission oil cooler (6). Use a rod with a 3.2 mm (0.125 inch) diameter.

Install a new gasket between bonnet (10) and transmission oil cooler (6) .
Use a suitable hoist and lifting slings in order to install transmission oil cooler (6). The weight of transmission oil cooler (6) is 45 kg (100).
Install four bolts (9) .

Install fuel filter assembly (7) and two bolts (8).

Install new O-ring seal (5) on bonnet (4) .Note: Lubricate new O-ring seal (5) and the bore with glycerin.

Install a new gasket and bonnet (4) .
Install six bolts (2) .
Install six bolts (3) .

Connect two hose assemblies (1) .End By:
Install the left side grate. For additional information, refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Hood Side Panels and Side Doors - Install" for the machine that is being serviced.
Install the hood panels. For additional information, refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Hood Panels (Front and Rear) - Install" for the machine that is being serviced.
