Install hub (31) onto the pump shaft. Hub (31) must be flush with the hydraulic pump shaft.
Tighten bolt (32) to a torque of 240 20 N m (177 15 lb ft).

Install Tooling (B) to the main hydraulic pump.
Attach a lifting device to Tooling (B) .
Install the main hydraulic pump into the machine. The weight of the pump and pump housing is approximately 220 kg (485 lb).

Install bolts (30). Bolts (30) secure the pump housing to the engine.

Connect harness assembly (28). Install bolts (29) from the bracket of the harness assembly.

Install bolt (26). Bolt (26) secures harness assembly (27) to the main hydraulic pump.

Connect hose assemblies (23), (24) and (25) .
Install bolts (21). Bolts (21) secure bracket (22) to the main hydraulic pump.

Connect hose assemblies (19) and (20).

Install hose assembly (18) in position.
Secure hose assembly (18) with bolts (17) .
Connect hose assemblies (16) and (15).

Install the inlet tube on the main hydraulic pump. Secure the inlet tube with bolts (12) .
Connect hose assembly (11).

Tighten hose clamps (10) .
Connect hose assembly (9).

Install plate (8). Secure plate (8) with bolts (7) .

Install muffler bracket (6). Secure muffler bracket (6) with bolts (5) .

Install bracket (4). Secure bracket (4) with bolts (3) .

Install plate (2). Secure plate (2) with bolts (1) .
Fill the hydraulic oil tank. The capacity of the hydraulic oil tank is 175 L (46 US gal).
