1 1 283-4294 Clamp As Use the following procedure in order to tighten the nut of the clamp assembly:
Before assembly, lubricate the threads and the bearing surfaces with Loctite C5A Copper Anti-Seize.
1. Tighten the nut approximately to 20 N m (177 lb in).
2. Gently hit around the clamp assembly with a soft hammer.
3. Again, tighten the nut to 30 2 N m (266 18 lb in).
4. Again, gently hit around the clamp assembly with a soft hammer.
5. Again, re tighten the nut to 30 2 N m (266 18 lb in)
2 10 287-7200 Bolt Before assembly, lubricate the threads and the bearing surfaces with Loctite C5A Copper Anti-Seize.
Torque to 40 3 N m (30 2 lb ft).
