Install bolt (30) and the washer. Repeat this procedure for the opposite side.

Remove the hoist, lifting chains, and Tooling (A) .

Connect hose assembly (27) .

Connect hose assembly (22) to top radiator tank (24) .
Connect hose assembly and tighten clamp (23) .
Connect hose assembly and tighten two clamps (25) .
Slide the rubber sleeve toward the rear of the machine in order to connect the tube assembly. Tighten two clamps (26) .

Connect electrical connector (20) .
Install bolt (21), the washer, and the clamp.

Connect hose assemblies (17), (18), and (19) .

Close access door (16) .

Connect three hose assemblies (15) .

Connect two tube assemblies (14) .
Tighten two clamps (13) .

Slide sleeve (11) in order to connect tube assembly (10). Tighten four clamps (12). Repeat this procedure for the opposite side.

Install plate (9) .
Install hose assembly (7). Tighten two clamps (6) .
Install bolt (8) and the washer. Repeat this procedure for the opposite side.

Attach a suitable hoist and lifting slings to cover (4), as shown.
Use the hoist in order to install cover (4). The weight of the cover is 45 kg (100 lb).
Install bolts (1) and (2), the spacers, and the washers finger tight.
Remove lifting slings (3) and (5) .
Tighten bolts (1) and (2) .
Fill the hydraulic tank to the proper level. Refer to the appropriate Operation and Maintenance Manual for the correct procedure.End By: Install the front and rear hood panels. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Hood Panels (Front and Rear) - Install" for the machine that is being serviced.
