Removal Procedure
Start By:
Connect the steering frame lock. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Steering Frame Lock - Separate and Connect".Note: Cleanliness is an important factor. Before you begin the removal procedure, the exterior of the component should be thoroughly cleaned. This will help to prevent dirt from entering the internal mechanism.Note: Put identification marks on all hoses, on all hose assemblies, on all wires, and on all tube assemblies for installation purposes. Plug all hose assemblies and all tube assemblies. This helps to prevent fluid loss, and this helps to keep contaminants from entering the system.

Remove three cable straps (2) .
Disconnect electrical connector (1) .

Remove pressure sensor assembly (3) .
Loosen hose clamps (5) .
Remove air intake tube assembly (4) .
Remove hose clamps (5) from the air intake tube assembly (4) .

Remove four bolts (7) and air cleaner assembly (6) .Installation Procedure

Install air cleaner assembly (6) and four bolts (7) .

Install hose clamps (5) to air intake tube assembly (4) .Note: Do not tighten hose clamps (5) at this point.
Install air intake tube assembly (4) .
Tighten hose clamps (5) .
Install pressure sensor assembly (3) .

Connect electrical connector (1) .
Install three cable straps (2) .End By: Separate the steering frame lock. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Steering Frame Lock - Separate and Connect".
