Installation Procedure

Install gear motor (21) and bolts (20) . Install tube assemblies (22) and (23) .

Install boss (19) . Install nut (18) . Tighten nut (18) to a torque of 70 N m (51 lb ft). Install fan spider (17) . Install bolts (16) that retain fan spider (17) .

Attach a suitable lifting device to fan assembly (14) . The weight of fan assembly (14) is approximately 52 kg (115 lb). Install fan assembly (14) and bolts (15) .

Remove Tooling (A) . Install guard assemblies (12) and (13) . Install bolts (11) .

Position valve assembly (10) and install bolts (9) . Connect tube assembly (8) .

Position top cover (6) and install five bolts (5) and the five washers.

Install radiator guard (3) onto the left side of the machine. Install four bolts (4) and the four washers.

Install radiator guard (1) onto the right side of the machine. Install four bolts (2) and the four washers.
