Install new cable straps in order to secure hoses (22) to the side of the machine. Refer to the note that was made during the removal procedure for the location and the number of all the cable straps.

Connect hose (19), hose (20) and hose (21) to the top of lower hydraulic tank (15) .

Position hoses (16) and tube (17) over lower hydraulic tank (15) .

Install a new cable strap in order to secure hoses (16) and harness (18) together. Refer to the note that was made during the removal procedure for the location of the cable strap.

Install new cable straps in order to secure harness (18) to the side of the machine above lower hydraulic tank (15). Refer to the note that was made during the removal procedure for the location and the number of all the cable straps.

Connect hose (17) to the top of lower hydraulic tank (15) .

Position hoses (16) to the machine. For the path of the hoses, refer to the note that was made during the removal procedure. Connect hoses (16) to the engine.

Install new cable straps in order to secure hoses (16) together at the underside of the engine. Refer to the note that was made during the removal procedure for the location and the number of all the cable straps.

Tighten locknuts (14) in order to secure lower hydraulic tank (15) in place. The locknuts were installed and left loose in Step 5.

Use alternator mounting bolts (11), bolt (13) and bracket (12) to correctly position the alternator. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Belts - Inspect/Adjust/Replace".

Connect battery cable (7), electrical wires (8) and ground strap (9) to the electric starting motor before installing nuts (10) and the spring washers.

Position panel (4) to the machine before securing the panel in place with nuts (5), the washers, bolts (6), the nuts and the washers.

Install exhaust pipe (3), gasket (1) and clamp (2) to the machine.
Fill the cooling system with coolant. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Cooling System - Change Coolant and Clean System".
Fill the hydraulic oil system with hydraulic oil. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Hydraulic System Oil - Change".
Close the door to the engine enclosure and secure the door in place with the latch.
Install the grill and the hood. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, RENR5153, "Engine Enclosures - Remove and Install".
Turn the battery disconnect switch to the ON position. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, RENR5153, "Battery Disconnect Switch (if equipped)".
Remove the boom cylinder lock and lower the boom. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Boom Cylinder Lock - Removal and Installation".
