START BY:a) remove push-pull bail hook **See VEHICLE SYSTEMS DISASSEMBLY AND ASSEMBLY section.1. Remove the two guards that are over the transmission.2. Remove the guard that is under the transmission oil tank. Drain the oil from the transmission oil tank. 3. Loosen locknut (2). Remove handle (3). Remove locknut (2) and nut (1). Remove the mechanical shutoff cable from the guard. 4. Remove the bolts and two guards (4). 5. Remove the bolts that hold brake relay valve (5) in position against the frame. Lower the brake relay valve away from the transmission oil tank. 6. Disconnect three oil lines (6) from the transmission oil tank. 7. Remove the bolt that holds clip (7) in position on the bracket on the transmission oil tank.8. Disconnect oil line (8) from the top of the transmission oil tank. 9. Remove the bolts that hold two clamps (9) in position on bracket (10). 10. Fasten tools (A) and (B) and a hoist to the transmission oil tank as shown. Remove bolts (11) that hold the transmission oil tank to the frame.11. Remove transmission oil tank (12) from the machine. The weight of the transmission oil tank is approximately 106 kg (234 lb.).Install Transmission Oil Tank
1. Fasten tools (A) and (B) and a hoist to the transmission oil tank. Install transmission oil tank (1) on the machine. The weight of the transmission oil tank is approximately 106 kg (234 lb.). 2. Install bolts (2) on each side of the transmission oil tank that hold it in position against the frame. 3. Install the bolts that hold clamps (3) in position on bracket (4). 4. Connect oil line (5) to the top of the transmission oil tank. Install the bolt that holds clip (6) in position on bracket (4). 5. Connect oil line (8) to the transmission oil tank.6. Make sure the O-ring seals are in position on the ends of oil lines (7). Put clean oil on each seal.7. Connect oil lines (7) to the transmission oil tank. 8. Put brake relay valve (9) in position on the frame and install the bolts that hold it in place. 9. Install guards (10) and the bolts that hold them in position. 10. Install mechanical shutoff cable (12) through the guard and install nut (11) to hold it in place. Install locknut (13) and handle (14). Tighten the locknut against the handle.11. Install the two guards over the transmission. Install the guard that is under the transmission oil tank.12. Fill the transmission oil tank with oil to the correct level.
