Remove the apron lift.

Attach Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to apron (1). The weight of apron (1) is approximately 930 kg (2050 lb).

Raise apron (1) to install Tooling (B) under apron (1).

Attach Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to each side of apron (1). The weight of apron (1) is approximately 930 kg (2050 lb).

Raise apron (1), as shown.
Remove bolts (3) and cap (2) from each side of apron (1).
Remove apron (1) from the machine. The weight of apron (1) is approximately 930 kg (2050 lb).

Remove bolts (4) and trunnion (5). Installation Procedure
Install apron (1) in the reverse order of removal.
Apply Tooling (C) to the threads of bolts (4). Tighten bolts (4) to a torque 240 40 N m (177 30 lb ft).
Apply Tooling (C) to the threads of bolts (3). Tighten bolts (3) to a torque 750 90 N m (553 66 lb ft).
