RADIATOR GP 7N4500 - Caterpillar

1. Remove pins (2) from engine hood (1).2. Attach a suitable lifting strap and hoist to engine hood (1) and remove the hood from the machine. The weight of the hood is approximately 40 kg (88 lb). 3. Attach a suitable lifting strap and hoist to transmission cover (3). Remove the cover from the machine. The weight of the cover is approximately 20 kg (44 lb). 4. Remove eight bolts (5) and the washers that hold crossbeam (4) to the rear frame. Remove crossbeam (4) from the machine. 5. Remove six bolts (6) that hold front cover (7) to the rear frame. Remove the cover from the machine. The weight of the cover is approximately 20 kg (44 lb). Install the hood and covers in the reverse order of removal.
