To prevent personal injury, release the pressure from the hydraulic system before any hoses are disconnected or removed.
1. Disconnect hose (1) from fitting (5), and remove fitting (5).2. Disconnect hose (3) at the fitting on the steering cylinder.3. Remove pin (2).4. Disconnect clip (4) from the steering cylinder. 5. Disconnect hose (6) from the rod end of the hydraulic cylinder. 6. Remove pin (7) and the boss.7. Move the steering cylinder toward the front frame. Use two persons to remove the steering cylinder from between the front and rear frame. The weight of the steering cylinder is 34 kg (75 lb.).8. Follow Steps 1 through 7 to remove the other steering cylinder.9. Install the steering cylinder in the reverse order of removal.10. Lubricate the steering cylinder bearings.
