1. Remove four bolts and remove left side panel (1). 2. Remove and put plugs in two hoses (3) connected to counterweight hydraulic pump (2). 3. Remove two bolts (4) which fasten the pump adapter to the engine. 4. Remove the pump and the O-ring seal from the engine.5. Inspect and make a replacement, if necessary, of the O-ring seal on the adapter. Put the pump in position on the engine.6. Inltall two bolts (4) which fasten the pump adapter to the engine.7. Install two hoses (3) on the pump.8. Install the left side panel (1) on the tractor with four bolts.Disassemble Counterweight Hydraulic Pump
start by:a) remove counterweight hydraulic pump 1. Remove O-ring seal (1). Remove bolt (2) lock and washer which fasten gear (3) to the shaft. Remove the gear. 2. Remove two bolts (4) and adapter (5) and O-ring seal from the pump. 3. Put identification on the sections of the pump for correct assembly. Remove eight bolts (6) which fasten the pump sections together. 4. Make a separation of the rear housing (7), center housing (8), plate (9), shim (10), front housing (11) and two gears (12). 5. Remove the seal and seal holder (13) from the front housing. 6. Remove the lip type seal (14) from the front housing.Assemble Counterweight Hydraulic Pump
1. Install 'lip type seal in the front housing with tooling (A) until the seal makes contact with the bottom of the seal counterbore in the housing. Install the seal with the open side of the seal toward the inside of the pump. Put a light layer of the lubricant that is to be sealed on the seal lips. 2. Install the seal in the seal holder. Install seal and holder assembly (1) in the front housing as shown. 3. Make an assembly of the rear housing (2), center housing (7), plate (6), shims (5), front housing (4) and two gears (3) as shown. 4. Install eight bolts (8) which fasten the sections of the pump together with tooling (B). Tighten the bolts to a torque of 50 5 lb.ft. (70 7 N m). 5. Install O-ring seal (9) and adapter (10) on the pump. 6. Install gear (13) on the shaft with washer, lock and bolt (12). Install O-ring seal (11) on the adapter.
