Release the pressure in the hydraulic system.
Remove the gear pump.
Remove the tire and rim.
Personal injury can result from hydraulic oil pressure and hot oil.Hydraulic oil pressure can remain in the hydraulic system after the engine has been stopped. Serious injury can be caused if this pressure is not released before any service is done on the hydraulic system.Make sure all of the work tools have been lowered to the ground, and the oil is cool before removing any components or lines. Remove the oil filler cap only when the engine is stopped, and the filler cap is cool enough to touch with your bare hand.
Personal injury or death can result without releasing all of the hydraulic pressure.Release all the pressure from the hydraulic system before any lines are disconnected.

Remove plug (3).
Drain the drive chain oil into a suitable container.
Apply Tooling (A) to plug (3).
Apply Tooling (B) to plug (3).
Install plug (3).
Remove bolts (4).
Remove cover (5).
Loosen nuts (1).
Slide axle (2) to the center of the machine.
Repeat Step 8 and Step 9 for the other axle.

Remove bolt (6).
Remove washer (7).
Remove outer sprocket (8).
Remove inner sprocket (9).
Remove spacer (10).

Disconnect hose assemblies (11) and (14).
Use a suitable lifting device to support piston motor (13). The weight of piston motor (13) is approximately 47 kg (104 lb).
Remove nuts (12).
Remove piston motor (13).
Repeat Step 1 to Step 19 for the other side.
