Note: Install 2G-5459 bleeder screw retained from former caliper.
Attach Tooling (A) to front caliper service brake (2). Position a suitable lifting sling on Tooling (A). Secure the suitable lifting sling to a hoist. Lift front caliper service brake (2) into position, as shown. The weight of the front caliper service brake is 80 kg (176 lb).
Install eight bolts (4) and the washers that hold front caliper service brake (2) in position. Tighten bolts (4) to a torque of 750 80 N m (553 59 lb ft).
Connect tube assembly (1). Install bolt (3), the hard washer, and the clip that holds tube assembly (1) in place.

Use Tool (B) in order to measure the distance between pins (5) and the disc. Move pins (5) so that the distance is 1.5 0.5 mm (.06 .02 inch). Tighten two bolts (6) to a torque of 48 4 N m (35 3 lb ft).
Repeat Step 4 for the remaining two pins and two bolts that are located at the top of front caliper service brake (2) .
Purge the air from the brake system. Refer to Air System and Brakes System Operation, Testing and Adjusting, "Brake System Air - Purge".
