(5) Front pump and motor group.Location
The front pump and motor group (5) is located between the frame rail and engine. The front water system has an electric motor to drive the water pump. The motor is designed for long life, with roller bearings and heavy duty brushes.Rear Water System

(16) Rear pump and motor group.Location
The rear pump and motor group (16) is located under the rear water tank (1) and is accessible from the left side of the machine. The rear water system has an electric motor to drive the water pump. The motor is designed for long life, with roller bearings and heavy duty brushes.

The operation of the front and rear pump and motor groups, (5) and (16), are similar. Water pump (20) turns when electric motor (19) is activated. Water flows from the corresponding tank through inlet water line (21) to water pump (20). Water pump (20) creates pressure and the water flows through outlet water line (22) to the corresponding spraybar. High pressure shut down switch (23) regulates the water pressure to the spraybars by turning electric motor (19) on and off.Spray Bars And Nozzles

(14) Rear spraybar.The optimum water spray system operation occurs when 100% drum coverage is achieved. See "Spray Nozzle Adjustment" in the Testing And Adjusting section of this module.The front spraybar (8) is equipped with seven spray nozzles. The rear spraybar (14) is equipped with four spray nozzles. The nozzles can be taken apart and cleaned by hand (no tools needed).Circuit Functions
