Secure the 474-3204 Cover As (3) to the 474-3225 Plate As (1) with three 8T-4137 Bolts and three 8T-4121 Hard Washers. Refer to Illustration 44.
Gather both 261-3223 Communication Cable As and the red cable straps.
Mark both 261-3223 Communication Cable As.
Place two red straps on each end of one 261-3223 Communication Cable As.
Place one red strap on each end of one 261-3223 Communication Cable As.

Plug both 261-3223 Communication Cable As and the 475-2634 Cab Harness As into the DVR. The cable marked with two colored ties is an input. The cable marked with a single colored tie is an output. Refer to Illustration 45.
Plug the 261-3223 Communication Cable As with one red strap into the "Cam 1" port.
Plug the 261-3223 Communication Cable As with two red straps into the "Video 1" port.
Plug the 475-2634 Cab Harness As into the "Power" port.
Locate the current camera cable connection in the rear of the cab.
Place two red straps on the camera cable coming from the camera. Then place one red strap on the other side of the camera cable connection going to the display. Unplug the connection.
Plug the cable with two straps from the DVR into the cable from the camera with two straps.
Plug the cable with one strap from the DVR into the cable that lead to the display with one strap.
Secure the cables with 7K-1181 Cable Straps where needed.

Route the 475-2634 Cab Harness As (5). Refer to Illustration 46.
Route the ground wire of the 475-2634 Cab Harness As (5) to the near by Grounding Stud (6).
Route the 475-2634 Cab Harness As (5) to the electrical center through an existing hole in the 332-7150 Plate (7).Note: If the 475-2634 Cab Harness As (5) will not fit through an existing hole in the 332-7150 Plate (7), drill a hole and use a 2D-2751 Grommet (8) or equivalent grommet to allow the 475-2634 Cab Harness As (5) to pass through.

(9) Electrical Center
Make the switched electrical connections inside the Electrical Center (9).
Locate the power distribution center on the right-hand side of the cab and remove the cover screws to access the rear of the panel.

(10) Main Power Relay
(11) "MC-C72"
Locate the 399-6711 Cab Harness As and the main power relay connector "MC-C19" behind the electrical center near the Main Power Relay (10).
Remove wire 306-GN(Green)from pin "1" of the "MC-C72" (11) connector of the cab harness.
Insert the terminal from the 475-2634 Cab Harness As into connector "MC-C72 3E-3364" pin location "1" of the 399-6711 Cab Harness As.
Separate the plug and receptacle of the "P-C1" connector of the 475-2634 Cab Harness As. Remove the 8T-8737 Seal Plug from connector "P-C1 3E-3364" pin location "1" of the 475-2634 Cab Harness As.
Install the removed pin from Step 12.c into the connector "P-C1 3E-3364" pin location "1".
Make the unswitched connection.
Identify the unswitched power side of the buss.
