PROBLEM
The existing radiator fan belt can fail prematurely on certain PM3512B Power Modules. The current belt length is appropriate, however the belt strength and profile does not match what is required for proper operation and for proper fit in the pulley grooves.

Replace current fan drive belts with 344-2738 V-Belt Set.
Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual SEBU7402: Belts- Inspect/Adjust/Replace.
Also refer to Special Instruction REHS2259 regarding the use of a fabricated tool for alternate method of tightening the fan drive belts.
