Remove four bolts (21) and the washers that secure the air cleaner housing to the flange on tube assembly (22). Remove the air cleaner housing from tube assembly (22) .

Remove bolt (23) and the washer that secures clamp (24) to the flange on tube assembly (22). Position the hose and the clamp aside for the removal of tube assembly (22) .
Remove four bolts (25) and the washers that secure the flange on tube assembly (22) to the platform. Remove O-ring seal (26) from tube assembly (22) .

Loosen two clamps (27) and (28) that secure tube assembly (22) to adapter (29). Remove tube assembly (22) from adapter (29) .Installation Procedure
Note: Check all of the O-ring seals and the components for wear or damage. Replace the components, if necessary.Note: Verify that all of the components of the air cleaner are clean and free of foreign material prior to installation.

Insert inlet tube assembly (22) into adapter (29). Position the tube assembly so that the bolt holes on the platform are aligned. Tighten two clamps (27) and (28) that secure tube assembly (22) to adapter (29) .

Install O-ring seal (26) to tube assembly (22). Install four bolts (25) and the washers that secure the flange on tube assembly (22) to the platform. Install bolt (23) and the washer that secures clamp (24) to the flange on tube assembly (22) .

Position the air cleaner housing onto tube assembly (22). Install four bolts (21) and the washers that secure the air cleaner housing to tube assembly (22) .

Open two clamps (18) that secure cover (19) to air cleaner housing (20). Remove cover (19) from air cleaner housing (20). Position grate (17) to the platform. Replace cover (19) on air cleaner housing (20). Close two clamps (18) in order to secure cover (19) to air cleaner housing (20) .

Install four bolts (16) and the washers that secure grate (17) to the platform.

Install secondary air filter (15) to air cleaner housing (13) .

Install primary air filter (14) to air cleaner housing (13) .

Install cover (12) to air cleaner housing (13). Close two clamps (11) that secure cover (12) to air cleaner housing (13) .

Install adapter (7) to the air cleaner. Position clamp assembly (9) to adapter (7). Install bolt (10) and the nut. Tighten bolt (8) and the nut that secures clamp assembly (9) to adapter (7). Connect hose (6) to adapter (7). Tighten hose clamp (5) .

Install precleaner assembly (3) to the adapter. Position clamp assembly (2) to precleaner assembly (3). Install bolt (4) and the nut. Tighten bolt (1) and the nut that secures clamp assembly (2) to precleaner assembly (3) .End By:
Separate the frame lock link. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Frame Lock Link - Separate and Connect".
Remove the wheel chocks. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Wheel Chock (Front and Rear) - Remove and Install".
