All bores must be free of paint. Use 5P-0960 Grease Cartridge in order to coat all bores for the pins, the bushings, the stick, the upper frame, and the cylinder pin bores. After you assemble the bushings coat all the bores and the bushings with 5P-0960 Grease Cartridge.
1 As required, use the following shims in order to adjust the lateral clearance between minimum of 0.5 mm (0.02 inch) to the maximum of 0.8 mm (0.03 inch):
1 093-0086 Shim Thickness is 1.00 mm (0.039 inch).
1 7Y-2496 Shim Thickness is 1.60 mm (0.063 inch).
2 As required, use the following shims in order to adjust the lateral clearance between minimum of 0.5 mm (0.02 inch) to the maximum of 0.8 mm (0.03 inch):
1 133-2424 Shim Thickness is 0.50 mm (0.020 inch).
1 093-0118 Shim Thickness is 2.00 mm (0.079 inch).
3 As required, use the following shims in order to adjust the lateral clearance between minimum of 0.5 mm (0.02 inch) to the maximum of 0.8 mm (0.03 inch):
1 133-2425 Shim Thickness is 0.50 mm (0.020 inch).
1 7Y-2498 Shim Thickness is 1.60 mm (0.063 inch).
4 As required, use the following shims in order to adjust the lateral clearance between minimum of 0.5 mm (0.02 inch) to the maximum of 0.8 mm (0.03 inch):
1 093-0083 Shim Thickness is 1.00 mm (0.039 inch).
1 093-0115 Shim Thickness is 2.00 mm (0.079 inch).
5 As required, use the following shims in order to adjust the lateral clearance between minimum of 0.5 mm (0.02 inch) to the maximum of 0.8 mm (0.03 inch) on each end of the pin. Shims may be required at each cylinder face according to the particular axial cylinder alignment:
1 133-2426 Shim Thickness is 0.50 mm (0.020 inch).
1 093-0084 Shim Thickness is 1.00 mm (0.039 inch).
1 093-0116 Shim Thickness is 2.00 mm (0.079 inch).
6 6 8T-4956 Bolt Torque to 100 20 N m (78 15 lb ft).
7 1 197-7788 Pin As Diameter is 79.950 0.025 mm (3.1476 0.0010 inch).
8 1 200-4843 Pin Diameter is 89.950 0.025 mm (3.5413 0.0010 inch).
9 1 188-3917 Pin As Diameter is 69.950 0.025 mm (2.7539 0.0010 inch).
10 2 8T-4780 Bolt Torque to 325 40 N m (240 30 lb ft).
11 2 7Y-2390 Plate As required, use the plates with the thickness of 10.00 mm (0.394 inch) in order to adjust the lateral clearance between minimum of 0.5 mm (0.02 inch) to the maximum of 0.8 mm (0.03 inch) on each end of the pin. Plates may be required at each cylinder face according to the particular axial cylinder alignment.
12 4 096-0854 Lip Type Seal Lubricate the sealing lip lightly with the lubricant that is being sealed.
13 2 260-7271 Bushing Inside diameter is 80.290 0.040 mm (3.1610 0.0016 inch).
