Remove the hydraulic tank breather assembly and install Tooling (B). Attach an air supply hose onto Tooling (A). Apply 276 kPa (40 psi) to 414 kPa (60 psi) of air. This procedure will pull vacuum on the hydraulic system.

Remove clips (1). Reposition hose assemblies (2) and (3) .

Disconnect harness assembly (4). Remove cable straps (5) .

Loosen clamp assembly (6). Disconnect tube assembly (7) .

Loosen clamp assembly (8). Disconnect hoses (9) .

Disconnect hoses (10) and (12). Disconnect hose assembly (11) .

Remove clip (13) .

Disconnect hose assemblies (14) and (15). Remove cover (16) .

Remove baffle (21). Disconnect harness assembly (22) and position of the way.

Disconnect harness assembly (23). Remove cable straps (24) .

Attach a suitable lifting device to cooling system package (25). The weight of cooling system package (25) is approximately 408 kg (900 lb).
Remove bolts (26) from both sides. Remove cooling system package (25) .Installation Procedure
Install cooling system package (25) in the reverse order of removal.
