Use the emergency stop switch ONLY in an emergency situation. DO NOT use the emergency stop switch for normal engine stopping. After an emergency stop, DO NOT start the engine until the problem that caused the emergency stop has been corrected."LOCAL/OFF/REMOTE" Switch (15)
This switch allows the engine to be controlled remotely. This switch also allows the engine to be controlled from a potentiometer on the panel, if equipped.Operator Switches

(21) Manual prelube There are several operator switches located inside the generator control panel. The switches provide the operator a selection of controls and overrides that can be used during abnormal engine operating conditions. The following switches are available:"CRANK OVRD" (16)
This switch allows for a manual crank override for the starting system. The switch can be used to crank the engine manually using the starting motors on the left side or the right side of the engine."CRANK
