Remove the bolt and place breather assembly (13) out of the way.

Attach Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to radiator assembly (14). The weight of radiator assembly (14) is approximately 80 kg (176 lb).
Remove bolts (15). Lift radiator assembly (14) approximately 76 mm (3.0 inch) out of the machine.

Loosen the clamp and remove hose (16) .
Remove radiator assembly (14) from the machine.Installation Procedure

Attach Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to radiator assembly (14). The weight of radiator assembly (14) is approximately 80 kg (176 lb). Install radiator assembly (14) to the machine.Note: Do not lower radiator assembly (14) completely into the machine. Radiator assembly (14) should be approximately 76 mm (3.0 inch) off of the machine in order to install hose (16) .
Install hose (16) and tighten the clamp.

Install radiator assembly (14) and bolts (15). Remove Tooling (A) .

Place breather assembly (13) into position and install the bolt.

Install clamp (12) and the bolt.
Install hoses (10) and (11). Tighten the clamps.
Install clip (9) and the bolt.

Install hose (7) and tighten the clamp.
Install clip (8) and the bolt.

Install hose (6) and tighten the clamp.

Install clip (5) and the bolt.

Connect hose assemblies (4) to gear motor (3) .

Install hose (1) and tube (2). Tighten the clamps.End By:
Install the fuel tank. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Fuel Tank - Remove and Install".
Install the coolant tank. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Coolant Tank - Remove and Install".
