Personal injury or death may occur from failure to adhere to the following warnings.Keep all personnel away from the boom drop area when lowering the boom with the engine stopped.Keep all personnel away from the front linkage when lowering the boom.

(1) Access plate
Remove access plate (1) at the front of the right-hand side of the machine. Components of the implement valve group are made accessible once the access plate is removed.

(2) Mechanical actuator for implement lift valve
(3) Mechanical actuator for right-hand tilt valve (if equipped)
(4) Mechanical actuator for left-hand tilt valve (if equipped)
Place a wrench on hexagon shaped mechanical actuator (2) for the implement lift valve. Turn the mechanical actuator clockwise, then turn the mechanical actuator counter clockwise, to operate the implement lift valve manually.
If equipped, place a wrench on hexagon shaped mechanical actuator (3) for the right-hand tilt valve. Turn the mechanical actuator clockwise, then turn the mechanical actuator counter clockwise, to operate the right-hand tilt valve manually.
If equipped, place a wrench on hexagon shaped mechanical actuator (4) for the left-hand tilt valve. Turn the mechanical actuator clockwise, then turn the mechanical actuator counter clockwise, to operate the left-hand tilt valve manually.
Install access plate that was removed in step 7.
