0.5 hours is allowed for inspection of the routing of the 421-1876 Breather Hose. An additional 2.0 hours will be allowed for the After Failure Only turbo assembly replacement procedure.

Handle the parts in accordance with your Warranty Bulletin on warranty parts handling.
Rework Procedure
Before Failure:
1. Check the routing of 421-1876 Breather Hose to ensure that it is routed straight down. Refer to Image1.1.1.
2. If 421-1876 Breather Hose is bent and kinked, as shown in Image1.1.2, straighten the hose to the orientation shown in Image1.1.1.

After Failure:
1. If turbo assembly fails, replace the 397-9979 Turbo Assembly. Refer to UENR0137, Disassembly and Assembly, "Turbocharger - Removal and Install", in order to complete this Rework Procedure.
2. Adjust the routing of 421-1876 Breather Hose to match the routing shown in Image1.1.1.
