Install a small piece of reflective tape (10) from Tool (A) on the right conveyor bearing.Note: The switch for the screed lift must be reset to the HOLD position before the machine will start.
Move engine start switch (9) to the START position. Release the engine start switch when the engine starts.
Move throttle control switch (8) to the HIGH IDLE position. Hold the switch in this position for less than 1 second. The engine speed should increase to 2200 rpm.

Monitor the hydraulic oil temperature on the operator display. Operate the machine until the oil temperature reaches 43° 5.6°C (110° 10°F).
Press home key (11) .

Press down key (12) until "Service" is highlighted on the display screen.
Press "OK" key (13) .

Press down key (12) until "Calibrations" is highlighted on the display screen.

Press down key (12) until "Right Conveyor" is highlighted on the display screen.
Press "OK" key (13) .
Press "OK" key (13) in order to begin the calibration.

Move parking brake switch (1) to the ON position.

Move right conveyor switch (14) to the AUTO position.
Move right auger switch (15) to the AUTO position.

Move propulsion mode switch (16) to the PAVE position.
Move propulsion lever (3) to the FORWARD position.
Press "OK" key (13) .

Rotate right material height dial (17) to the MINIMUM position.
Press "OK" key (13) .

Rotate right conveyor speed dial (17) clockwise until the right conveyor just begins to operate.
Press "OK" key (13) .

Rotate right conveyor speed dial (17) clockwise until the speed of the right conveyor reaches 65 3 rpm. Use Tool (A) to measure the speed.

The display should now read "CALIBRATION COMPLETE". Push back key (18) in order to return to the calibration screen.
Push home key (11) in order to exit the calibration screen.
Move propulsion lever (3) to the NEUTRAL position.
Move right conveyor switch (14) to the OFF position.
Move right auger switch (15) to the OFF position.
Move throttle control switch (8) to the LOW IDLE position. Hold the switch in this position for less than 1 second.
After the engine reaches low idle, move engine start switch (9) to the OFF position.
