(2) 257-2532 Position Sensor will be used for the tilt or the tip position of the joystick control. Note: Note the position of the key on the connector.Sensors provide information to the electronic control module (ECM) about changing conditions such as speed or the position. The changing sensor signal reflects the changing condition. The ECM uses Pulse Width Modulated sensors (PWM). Pulse width modulated sensors have a duty cycle signal that varies as the condition changes. The frequency of this signal is constant.The position sensors for the joystick control are input devices to the ECM. The sensors continuously communicate the position of handle (1) to the ECM. When the operator moves handle (1), position sensor (2) or (3) tells the ECM that the position of handle (1) has changed.
