Information:

Test Preparation - Crossover Relief Valve
Move the machine to a smooth, horizontal location that is away from operating machines and away from personnel.
Permit only one operator on the machine. Keep all other personnel away from the machine or in the operator sight.
Place the steering control lever in the NEUTRAL position.
Engage the parking brake.
Lower the attachments to the ground.
Stop the engine.

Remove cover (2).
Connect Tooling (B) to service tool connector (E1).
Start the engine and run the engine at LOW IDLE.

Set the parking brake status parameter to "Locked Out".
Select "Service > Configuration" (A).
Select "Hystat Parameters" under "Machine Control" (B).
Select "Parking Brake Lockout Configuration", then click "Change" (C).
Change "New Value" to "Locked Out", then click "Ok" (D).

Use Cat ET to perform the transmission stall test. Select the "Diagnostics" option from the Cat ET menu. Then, select “Diagnostic Tests” from the drop-down menu. Select the "Transmission Stall" from the selection menu. Follow the instructions that are provided.
Ensure that the parking brake indicator is ON.
Select ground speed of 1.0 on the Compact Instrument Cluster.Testing Procedure - Crossover Relief Valve
Note: The purpose of this test is check the electronic pressure override pressure setting. The electronic pressure override pressure is electronically set as a pressure below the crossover relief pressure setting.
Increase the engine speed to HIGH IDLE.
Note the engine speed and record the engine speed onto the worksheets.
Move the transmission control lever to the FORWARD position. The tracks should not move.

Check the drive pressure of the left pump and the drive pressure of the right pump. Record the data onto the worksheets.
The drive pressure for the left pump should be 45000 2000 kPa (6527 290 psi).
The drive pressure for the right pump should be 45000 2000 kPa (6527 290 psi).
Return the transmission control lever to the HOLD position.
Move the transmission control lever to the REVERSE position.Note: Do not stall the drive system for more than 15 seconds.
Check the drive pressure of the left pump and the drive pressure of the right pump. Record the data onto the worksheets.
The drive pressure for the left pump should be 45000 2000 kPa (6527 290 psi).
The drive pressure for the right pump should be 45000 2000 kPa (6527 290 psi).
Return the transmission control lever to the HOLD position.
Ensure that the parking brake indicator is ON.
Decrease the engine speed to LOW IDLE.
Stop the engine.
Position the ignition switch to the ON.
Move all the controls to relieve any pressure within the hydraulic systems.
Determine if the drive pressure is not within the correct specifications in both travel directions. If, the pressure is not within specifications perform the following tests:
If the drive pressure is not correct in both travel directions, the electronic pressure override valve needs calibration.
Recalibrate the electronic pressure override valve. Refer to "Transmission Drive Pump Pressure Override Calibration" in Testing and Adjusting, "Calibration" in this manual.Adjusting Procedure - Crossover Relief Valve
Remove the access panel in the floor of the cab.
If the adjustment screw bottoms out when you turn the adjustment
