Install a small piece of reflective tape (10) from Tool (A) on the vibrator shaft.Note: The switch for the screed lift must be reset to the HOLD position before the machine will start.
Move engine start switch (9) to the START position. Release the engine start switch when the engine starts.
Move throttle control switch (8) to the HIGH IDLE position. Hold the switch in this position for less than 1 second. The engine speed should increase to 2200 rpm.

Monitor the hydraulic oil temperature on the operator display. Operate the machine until the oil temperature reaches 43° 5.6°C (110° 10°F).
Press home key (11) .

Press down key (12) until "Service" is highlighted on the display screen.
Press "OK" key (13) .

Press down key (12) until "Calibrations" is highlighted on the display screen.

Press down key (12) until "Vibe Motor Sol" is highlighted on the display screen.
Press "OK" key (13) .
Press "OK" key (13) in order to begin the calibration.

Move parking brake switch (1) to the ON position.
Move throttle control switch (8) to the HIGH IDLE position.

Move propulsion mode switch (14) to the PAVE position.

Move vibrator switch (15) on the left instrument panel to the ON position.
Move propulsion lever (3) to the FORWARD position.
Press "OK" key (13) .

Rotate vibrator speed dial (16) on the right screed operator panel to the MINIMUM position.
Press "OK" key (13) .

Rotate vibrator speed dial (16) on the right screed operator panel clockwise until the vibrator just begins to operate.

Rotate vibrator speed dial (16) on the right screed operator panel clockwise until the speed of the vibrator shaft reaches 3000 300 rpm. Use Tool (A) to measure the speed.

The display should now read "CALIBRATION COMPLETE". Push back key (17) to return to calibration screen.
Push home key (11) in order to exit the calibration screen.
Move propulsion lever (3) to the NEUTRAL position.
Move vibrator switch (15) on the left instrument panel to the OFF position.
Move throttle control switch (8) to the LOW IDLE position. Hold the switch in this position for less than 1 second.
After the engine reaches low idle, move engine start switch (9) to the OFF position.
