1. Support idler (2), and remove two bolts (4) from bracket (5).2. Pull end shaft (3) with brackets (1) and (5) from idler (2).3. Pull idler (2) from the end shaft on the opposite side, and slide idler from the conveyor frame. The following steps are for installation of the lower conveyor return idler.4. Put idler (2) in position in the conveyor frame, and install the idler on the end shaft on the opposite side of the conveyor frame.5. Install end shaft (3) with brackets (1) and (5) in idler (2).6. Install two bolts (4) that hold bracket (5) in place on the conveyor frame.End By:a. install lower conveyor
