Removal Procedure

Open the access door on the front left side of the machine.

Loosen the two cover clamps (1) and remove the air cleaner cover (2) .

Remove the primary filter element (3) and secondary filter element (5) from the air cleaner housing (4) .

Remove hose clamp (6) from air cleaner housing (5) and remove air inlet hose (8). Disconnect electrical connection (7) from the air cleaner housing (5) .

Loosen clamp assembly (10). Remove two bolts and washers (9). Use two people and remove the air cleaner housing (5) from the machine. The weight of the air cleaner housing is 28 kg (61 lb).Installation Procedure

Place the air cleaner housing (5) in position. Install two bolts and washers (9). Tighten clamp assembly (10) .

Install air inlet pipe (8) on the air cleaner housing (5). Tighten hose clamp (6). Connect electrical connection (7) to the air cleaner housing (5) .

Install the secondary filter element (5) and primary filter element (3) into the air cleaner housing (4) .

Place the air cleaner cover (2) in position and tighten the two cover clamps (1) .
